Orders

To be placed prior to 3pm the day before delivery but if at all possible we will try to fill last minute orders

 

Minimums

We have a minimum order of $120.00 plus delivery fee

 

Cancellations

Sandwich style (non-formal) – cancellations must be made no later than

3:00pm the day before

Buffet, formal plated boardroom lunches and dinners and cocktail parties – cancellations must be made no later than 2 working days prior

Cancellations received after the above times will incur a fee

Delivery

Delivery to CBD and within 15km of Mosman is 15.00

Additional fees apply outside these areas.

Weekend deliveries attract delivery fees of 60.00 minimum depending on location

As Mosman Catering sells perishable goods all items sold are non returnable

Mosman Catering guarantees quality products and services. Client satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of food production or consider it to be substantially below an acceptable standard please contact us to discuss.

While Mosman Catering takes every care to ensure delivered catering arrives in great condition  and on time if the delivery is not made or arrives too late to be utilized for the purpose it was booked for Mosman Catering will provide either a credit note for a future order or a  refund.

 

Pick up

It is appreciated if all platters/equipment are washed after use, and ready in

a central spot for pick up the following day.

 

Lost property

A replacement fee (between $25-$60 each) will be charged for

lost platters and equipment.

 

Payment

Our terms are strictly payment prior to delivery

Bank transfers and all major credit cards accepted.

Mastercard and Visa 2% surcharge, Amex 3%

Mosman Catering is the sole owner of any personal information collected on our website or when making a booking or enquiry. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use the information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.
